3. Billing & Auto-Renewal

All subscription fees are billed in advance.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized payment processors.

By subscribing, You authorize automatic recurring billing.

4. Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)

In addition to subscription fees, clients are responsible for usage-based costs including phone numbers, SMS/MMS, voice calls, and related services.

Typical rates include:

Local Phone Number: $1.15/month

SMS: $0.054895 per segment

Clients maintain a digital wallet balance for usage charges. When funds are low, automatic top-ups may occur based on selected preferences.

Rates are subject to change based on carrier or provider pricing updates.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing Our services, You acknowledge that services are custom-built, immediately initiated, and non-reversible once work begins.

6. Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered.

If a chargeback is filed, We reserve the right to provide documentation of service delivery, agreement acceptance, and platform usage. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collections action and recovery of associated fees.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time.

Cancellation becomes effective at the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be provided for unused time within a prepaid or active billing period.

8. Service Fulfillment

Services are considered fulfilled when:

The client website has been completed and delivered

Platform and automation setup has been finalized

Onboarding assistance does not delay fulfillment status.

9. Payment Failures

If a payment fails, We may retry processing multiple times over a period of up to three weeks.

Accounts may be suspended within 48 hours of the first failed payment attempt until the balance is resolved.

10. User Obligations

You agree to use Our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use Our services for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or misleading purposes.

11. Modifications to Terms

Woomatt AI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on Our website.
